As a Solution Designer, you will influence both internally and externally by bringing the voice of the client to every conversation. Additionally, you will provide our clients with top-tier robotics consulting to support them as they evaluate automation initiatives. You will become a subject matter expert in our products as well as how they benefit our clients’ operations.

You will closely partner with Account Executives to define the clients’ goals, build trusted relationships with key stakeholders, and define the business value of the Onward solution. You will be responsible for the end-to-end design of the systems, equipment, and processes that help deliver the intended business outcomes to our clients. You will oversee the efforts of the Solution Design Analyst team as they build representative simulation models based on your designs. You will masterfully present the recommendations and supporting analytics to our clients at all levels of their organization.

  • Supporting clients in re-engineering their current processes to realize the full potential of Onward Robotics solutions as needed
  • Support the delivery of the technical solution by partnering with Implementation Engineering and Client Success Managers to translate technical specifications into an installation plan.
  • Identify common use cases within target and existing client industries, helping Sales to develop strategies that leverage Onward Robotics as a problem-solving technology
  • Internally communicate client needs and feedback by supported use cases to our Engineering and Product teams for future roadmap consideration
