- Bachelor's degree, preferably in website strategy/design, marketing, writing, communications, journalism, or related field
- Two or more years of full-time professional experience as a social media/website manager or similar role executing multimedia web and social media content strategy, development, design, monitoring, and audience engagement
- Excellent knowledge of content management systems (Finalsite and Veracross a plus) and of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated skill in writing, grammar, and editing
- Excellent collaboration and facilitation skills
- Ability to communicate ideas and concepts clearly to technical and non-technical faculty, staff, students, parents, and other stakeholders
- Ability to craft content that creatively and effectively engages a wide range of stakeholders across platforms
- Demonstrated skill in graphics, animation, and website design
- Demonstrated skill in training and quality control
- Ability to analyze data for content strategy development
- Ability to work independently, multi-task, maintain a consistent, timely presence across social media, and continuously update website and microsite content to create a dynamic online presence
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop CC, Illustrator CC, and Premiere Pro CC; Google operating systems; Meta Business Suite, and other social media and website planning and management tools
