Position Overview:
As a Lease Account Manager, you will be independently responsible for managing your own territory within the Nashville market. Your primary focus will be on growing our leasing business by establishing new relationships with prospects and maintaining strong connections with existing customers. Responsibilities:
Business Development
- Establish and develop relationships with new lease customers and prospects in your territory.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Cumberland Idealease’s presence in the Nashville market.
- Engage in prospecting activities, including cold calling and networking, to generate new leads.
Lease Account Management
- Manage lease accounts independently, ensuring customer needs are met promptly and effectively.
- Prepare and present lease proposals and agreements to potential customers.
- Monitor customer accounts and address any issues that may arise to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing lease customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the internal team to meet customer requirements and deliver exceptional service.
- Provide regular updates to management on sales activities and pipeline development.
