Essential Position Functions:

  • Review all Bridge and Weston United service requests in RealPage for accuracy and follow-up with program staff, where needed for additional information
  • Follow up with Zone Directors and Director of Maintenance for work orders older than10 business days
  • Input work orders for turnovers once that information is received by the program
  • Send turnover work orders to the Zone Directors and follow up for an anticipated completion date
  • Create new users for Real Page and assist with any user issues
  • Run weekly reports in Real Page
  • Customize work order details, where needed
  • Inspect all Bridge and Weston buildings (apartments and common areas) using standards based on program type to ensure compliance with safety regulations and overall maintenance of buildings
  • Create a report detailing all findings, including pictures for every location
  • Create work orders for all findings and work closely with the Director of Maintenance to ensure the issues are resolved. A follow-up with pictures should be conducted within one month.
  • Schedule and host meetings to discuss findings with RPAM and the Residential team to develop a plan to remedy repairs/issues
  • Assist with training scheduling
  • Assist with training tracking, reports, etc.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Associate's Degree Preferred
  • Must be able to use computer software programs, including Microsoft, RealPage, and AWARDS
  • Experience working with people experiencing mental illness, crisis intervention and
  • managing trauma-triggered behavior
  • Willingness to perform CPR/First Aid/AED/CPI/Naloxone
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, time management, and organizational skills
  • Spanish speaking a plus
  • Driver's License Required
