The Bridge’s mission is to change lives, by offering help, hope, and opportunity to the most vulnerable in our community. We offer a comprehensive range of evidence-based rehabilitative services, including mental health and substance abuse treatment, housing, vocational training and job placement, healthcare, education, and creative arts therapies.
Essential Position Functions:
- Review all Bridge and Weston United service requests in RealPage for accuracy and follow-up with program staff, where needed for additional information
- Follow up with Zone Directors and Director of Maintenance for work orders older than10 business days
- Input work orders for turnovers once that information is received by the program
- Send turnover work orders to the Zone Directors and follow up for an anticipated completion date
- Create new users for Real Page and assist with any user issues
- Run weekly reports in Real Page
- Customize work order details, where needed
- Inspect all Bridge and Weston buildings (apartments and common areas) using standards based on program type to ensure compliance with safety regulations and overall maintenance of buildings
- Create a report detailing all findings, including pictures for every location
- Create work orders for all findings and work closely with the Director of Maintenance to ensure the issues are resolved. A follow-up with pictures should be conducted within one month.
- Schedule and host meetings to discuss findings with RPAM and the Residential team to develop a plan to remedy repairs/issues
- Assist with training scheduling
- Assist with training tracking, reports, etc.
- Other duties as assigned
