Job Overview: We are seeking a reliable Driver (Hiker) with a valid CDL and a clean driving record. Candidate will be responsible for inspecting and safely transporting vehicles to various locations, ensuring timely delivery and excellent vehicle condition. Excellent customer service, safety oriented and a positive attitude are desired. No mechanical aptitude necessary but assisting service personnel in minimal capacity is expected.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely drive and deliver commercial vehicles.
• Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain accurate delivery records.
• Adhere to company policies and safety regulations.
• Fuel rental trucks upon return.
• Assist with lot organization and shop cleanliness.
• Provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

• Valid CDL (Class A or B preferred).
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screening.
• Previous commercial driving experience preferred.
• Strong attention to safety.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stoop, bend, climb, crawl, lift, reach, & any other position necessary to work on a diesel engine & truck, including tires.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to work in a hot or cold, wet or humid, moderately noisy environment.
