Location:  Lewiston Facility; 1 Riverside Drive, Lewiston 

Remote Work:  This position is required to work onsite every day for the first 90-days.  After 90-days, this position can work remote 3 days of each work week.  2 days of each work week is required to work onsite at the Lewiston facility.  

Shift/Hours:  Day Hours

Position Status: Full-Time, Exempt Status

The Team:
Our Customer Teams function as the main contact point for representatives of our customers.  We are the internal voice of the customer; we are risk managers; we are new-product integrators; we are problem solvers.  It is our responsibility to cultivate and grow relationships based upon knowledge and service.

 

The Role: 

The Program Manager is the primary contact for our customers and is responsible for leading the internal customer team to achieve high customer satisfaction, lead the launch of new customer products and ensure compliance to customer requirements with existing customers. The Program Manager may manage multiple customers or customer divisions simultaneously.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

You will spend your time: 

  • Coordinate and lead RiverSide Customer Team activity including: quotations, proto-type production, new product introduction, engineering changes, material acquisition, customer reviews, forecasting and order scheduling.
  • Lead the implementation and compliance to agreed upon customer requirements
  • Participate in contract negotiations and material acquisition strategy
  • Assist in establishment of inventory management actions for safety stock, excess and obsolete.
  • Interface with customer supplier management and engineering groups as required to convey customer requirements and specifications required for order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
  • Other projects and duties as assigned

 

We are excited about you if you have: 

  • 4-year degree preferred (Bus. Admin., Eng.) or similar 2-year degree with 3 years of directly applicable experience.
  • Demonstrated competence with office software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including large audience presentation skills
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills and ability to make sound business decisions
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and motivate teams and coworkers
  • Demonstrated success in customer facing roles
  • Ability to manage simultaneous programs and customers in time critical situations

 

Travel:

  • This position will travel between the RiverSide Lewiston and Winona facilities.
  • Infrequent travel for trainings and/or business needs may be required.

 

Physical Requirements:

  • Frequent bending, twisting, reaching, kneeling
  • Ability to walk, stand, and sit
  • Lifting up to 10 pounds
