PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Participate in requirements analysis
- Collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture
- Write clean, scalable code using .NET programming languages
- Test and deploy applications and systems
- Revise, update, refactor and debug code
- Improve existing software
- Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Serve as an expert on applications and provide technical support
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years' experience with .NET development
- 5+ years' experience working with and scaling relational databases preferably Microsoft SQL Server 2012 or higher
- Experience with Git Version Control
- Familiarity with microservices and service-oriented architecture
- Understanding of Agile methodologies
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
- Attention to detail
- A desire to write great code and work in a fast paced, fun, innovative environment
- Experience with RESTful APIs and best practices
- Ability to work independently and virtually
NICE TO HAVES:
- Experience with SPA frameworks – Angular preferred
- Experience with Entity Framework or Dapper
- Experience with Azure components and design patterns
- Familiarity with architecture styles / API’s (REST, RPC); event based architectures
- Experience with continuous integration platforms – Azure DevOps preferred
- Experience with product and platform-based development
