PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: 

  • Participate in requirements analysis 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture 
  • Write clean, scalable code using .NET programming languages 
  • Test and deploy applications and systems 
  • Revise, update, refactor and debug code 
  • Improve existing software 
  • Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC) 
  • Serve as an expert on applications and provide technical support 

 

REQUIREMENTS: 

  • 5+ years' experience with .NET development
  • 5+ years' experience working with and scaling relational databases preferably Microsoft SQL Server 2012 or higher
  • Experience with Git Version Control
  • Familiarity with microservices and service-oriented architecture 
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies
  • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills 
  • Attention to detail
  • A desire to write great code and work in a fast paced, fun, innovative environment
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and best practices
  • Ability to work independently and virtually

 

NICE TO HAVES: 

  • Experience with SPA frameworks – Angular preferred
  • Experience with Entity Framework or Dapper
  • Experience with Azure components and design patterns
  • Familiarity with architecture styles / API’s (REST, RPC); event based architectures
  • Experience with continuous integration platforms – Azure DevOps preferred
  • Experience with product and platform-based development
