Essential Position Functions:
- Provide training and guidance applicable to supportive housing regulations including, but not limited to, NY State OMH, NYC DOHMH & DHS, HUD McKinney, and Medicaid OMIG.
- Regularly monitor data quality and submission to meet funder requirements, such as those required by the local CoC, Maven, and annual certifications.
- The ongoing review of operations chart documentation, and Medicaid billing.
- Perform on-site program operation reviews in all residential programs (Brooklyn, Bronx, Manhattan), and provide.
- Supervise the process of Medicaid authorizations including expiration dates, recertification, and invoicing.
- Create and execute staff trainings on regulations, audit prep, and new policies.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of required HUD documentation
- Assist with all Corrective Action Plans and other responses to regulatory agencies.
- Lead residential program audits and monitoring visits.
- Attend staff meetings, supervision, and trainings as required.
- Any other duties as assigned.
