General Qualifications
The Lone Star Lights Event staff must be a mature follower of Jesus, still growing and developing in their
faith. They must be fully in accordance with Carolina Creek's mission statement, and statement of beliefs; committed to living these out personally, and instilling them in the organization. They must be of strong moral character and integrity.
Position Objective
The Lone Star Lights Event staff member will work various positions to ensure that the event runs to the best of its ability. These various positions could include, but are not limited to dinner theatre servers, adventure and activities, cleaning, snow zone, retail, parking attendant, etc. to create a positive, and memorable experience for Lone Star Lights guests.

Key Job Accountabilities

Assist with dinner theater serving, dishes, and other kitchen assignments

Facilitate challenge course, zipline, and crate stacking for guests of all ages

Supervise general recreation areas such as the light maze, snow zone, and crafts

Provide cleaning support around park during the event

Guide guests to the correct lots and parking locations with a smile

Attend all required staff meetings and events

Actively engage and participate in the staff community through a godly attitude, words and actions

All other tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Event Dates - November 22 - December 22 (Nov. 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 29, 30, Dec. 1, 6, 7, 8, 12, 13, 14, 15, 19, 20, 21, 22)
