Position Objective:
As a Camp Service Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive experience for all guests and participants at Mount Hermon Conference Center. This multifaceted position requires open availability and the willingness to work across various departments, including but not limited to Facilities, Accommodations, Guest Services, Food Services, Retail, Adventures, and Registration. Your work will reflect the mission, vision, and beliefs of Mount Hermon, serving as a testament to your faith and commitment to our Christian community.
General Qualifications:
The Camp Service Worker is a Ministerial position. Ministerial staff render their work, stewardship, relationships and behavior as evidence of being followers of Jesus Christ while embracing and affirming Mount Hermon Association , lnc.'s ("MHA") Christian mission, vision, beliefs, culture code and standards of conduct. They are responsible for defining, cultivating and leading MHA's Christian community, conference programs and retreats. All staff are expected to join gatherings which include prayer, worship, and Bible-centered teaching. Key Job Accountabilities:
• Accommodations: Support the preparation and cleaning of guest accommodations, ensuring they meet high standards of cleanliness and comfort.
• Guest Services: Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.
• Food Services: Assist in food preparation, service, and cleanup, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Retail: Support retail operations, including stocking, sales, barista, and customer assistance.
• Registration: Support the registration process for guests, maintaining accurate records and providing efficient service.

Physical Demands:
The physical environment requires the employee to work both inside and outside in heat, cold, wet, humid, and dry/arid conditions. Requires sitting, standing, squatting, stooping, twisting, ability to lift/carry 50 lbs., etc. Requires the ability to see and hear.
