Talent Acquisition Specialist

Seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Johnson City, TN at our Human Resouces Office. Office hours typically 8-5, Monday through Friday.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • All phases of the recruitment process.
  • Intake sessions with hiring managers; process steps, clarifying job requirements, setting process, and procedural expectations.
  • Efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies.
  • Posting positions in HRIS system.
  • Interview and advance qualified candidates for second round interviews.
  • Track metrics and give data/updates.
  • Planning, logistics, and execution of career-related events.
  • Strong understanding of industry trends of the recruitment process.
  • Federal, state, and organizational compliance.
  • Complete onboarding paperwork and procedures.
  • Perform reference and background checks.
  • Process I-9 Verification/E-Verify forms.
  • Employment verification requests.
  • Monthly exclusion screenings for team members.
  • Exit interviews and separation information/forms.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or other relevant disciplines

*Equivalent work experience may substitute for education requirements*

EXPERIENCE:

  • Two or more years of related experience in Human Resources and/or staffing and recruitment; previous experience in a healthcare organization desirable.
