Position Overview:

Nearpod is seeking a talented Contracts Analyst/Paralegal Temp to provide support in the review and management of our responses to, and logging of, our vendor paperwork with our customers, vendor contracts, and maintain our internal repository of vendor contracts during our busy season in a fun, innovative, corporate, setting. Efficient, fast workers and a notary public, preferred.


 Roles and Responsibilities: 

  • Work closely with the Legal, Sales, Content, and Development teams to assist in various aspects of the day-to-day responsibilities. 

  • Perform routine and high volume data entry. 

  • Coordinate and deliver responses to vendor forms, privacy agreements, and other formal written requests for Nearpod’s offerings.

  • Build and maintain a repository of content for Nearpod’s product and service offerings that are used in formal proposals.

  • Build and maintain a repository of agreements, indexed and linked; along with creating internal memos and abstracts of same.


Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Strong organization and document/file management skills

  • Strong work ethic

  • Ensuring that deadlines are met

  • Proofreading and editing documents produced by others.

  • Excellent project management skills. Highly organized and able to juggle various tasks at once and marshal cross-functional resources to achieve a goal

  • Familiarity with and G-Suite is a plus

  • Excellent collaboration skills

  • Notary preferred

  • Paralegal certification preferred
