Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of financial and administrative responsibilities, that include:
- Project management
- Invoicing & contract billing
- Credit & collections
- FAA Grant and Contract administration; including FAA reporting requirements
- Delphi System Management
- Disadvantaged Business Enterprises Program Development and Administration
Qualifications
- 3+ years of project accounting experience, preferably in the aviation sector.
- Direct experience working with FAA-funded projects or FAA financial compliance.
- Proficiency in accounting software, Microsoft Excel and Delphi.
- Experience with Project Management Software Unanet or similar is a plus
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
