Qualifications:
Essential Job Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies
High School diploma or GED.
Must pass Dealer proficiency audition
Dealer experience preferred.
Knowledge of gaming and alcohol beverage control regulations and company internalpolicies and procedures.
Public relations and customer service skills.
Oral and written communication skills.
Maintaining interpersonal working relationships among all personnel.
Timeliness and accuracy in performing assigned duties and responsibilities.
Ability to perform assigned duties under frequent time pressures.
Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age.
Certifications and Licenses:
Dealer school certificate or proven dealing experience preferred.
Certification and/or experience in at least one of the core games: Craps, Blackjack, Roulette, andbaccarat; and all of the Carnival Games
Within 1 year of hire date, must be proficient in at least two of the core games.
Preference for those with multiple games.
Must be able to pass a math competency test.
Must be able to obtain a Catawba Nation Gaming License.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to stand for the majority of assigned shift.
Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, reach, kneel.
Must be able to perform repetitive hand and wrist motions.
Must be able to reach in front of body, grip and hold item.
Must be able to maneuver to all areas of the casino.
Must be able to work in a noise-filled environment.
Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Visual acuity and hearing.
Manual dexterity
