Position Qualifications:
- Master’s degree with professional license: LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAT
- Limited Permit holders eligible
- MSW permit holders must obtain a license within 1 year.
- MHC/MFT/CAT permit holders must obtain a license within 2 years.
- 1 year of post masters experience of clinical experience with children/adolescents/families
- Ability to work evenings and/or Saturdays.
- Bilingual Spanish Preferred with an additional salary differential given to employees who demonstrate adequate proficiency through a language exam.
- High degree of computer literacy.
- Experience in an Article 31 Mental Health Clinic preferred.
- Demonstrated experience with diverse populations preferred.
Salary & Compensation: Compensation for the Clinician role varies based on the candidate’s experience and licensure, as mapped below:
- Hourly Rate for Non-Billable Time: $16.00-$26.00/hour
- Hourly Rate for Billable/Client Service Time: $54.00-$64.00/hour
Employees in non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime for all approved hours worked above 40 hours in a work week. Employees in exempt positions are ineligible for overtime.
