Position Overview:

Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and condition of the facilities and grounds.  This position will also provide electrical services during concert season on an as-needed basis.


Principal Responsibilities (Essential Functions):

  • Oversee and/or perform the installation of electrical equipment, including but not limited to: cabinets, meters, sub-metering, conduits, wiring, batteries, and power plants
  • Maintain commercial building wiring, control, and lighting systems
  • Maintain and service other physical plant systems, including plumbing, HVAC, and security systems
  • Oversee maintenance of grounds, including landscaping and irrigation systems
  • Inspect electrical hookups prior to all shows.  Onsite presence for all shows is required.
  • Maintain relationships with facility maintenance vendors
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for facility functions
  • Recommend and assist with budgeting for facility capital projects
  • Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor
  • Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures

  • Ongoing knowledge of applicable electrical codes and licensing, including working knowledge of generators and life safety systems
  • Working knowledge of HVAC systems and controls
  • Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams
  • Knowledge of general building/grounds maintenance and repairs
  • Certification or ability to be certified in CPR/First Aid, Crowd Management, and forklift operation


  • Arkansas License Master electrician
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
  • Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
  • Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards


  • 3 to 5 years of commercial facility electrical experience, including supervisory experience with maintenance staff
  • Entertainment venue/open air venue experience preferred


  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone
