Position Overview:

As a Jr. Salesforce Developer, you understand the technology of the Salesforce.com platform and how to use it to extend the standard capabilities of Salesforce.com.  You are a Certified Platform Developer for Salesforce.com and are eager to expand this experience. You are comfortable with Administrative tasks in Salesforce and are willing to support the team in any way possible. You are a solution-driven rockstar always focused on delivering consistent value to your users. While you have a pragmatic approach toward building solutions, you are eager to learn new ways of doing things, new technologies and new approaches.

 

 

Role and Responsibilities

  • Work with VisualForce, Salesforce configurations, Apex classes, Scheduled Jobs, APIs.

  • Design, develop, and test Salesforce applications in support of heterogeneous business systems and processes.

  • Perform system-level design, development, test, and implementation of custom Salesforce solutions.

  • Participate in design, development, testing, and implementation activities.

  • Perform day-to-day configuration and troubleshooting of our Salesforce environment.

  • Provide technical and functional support to users of Salesforce and related applications.

  • Create and modify objects, fields, etc. as directed.

  • Log and track identified system problems through resolution.

  • Work in an agile and dynamic environment to facilitate timely responses to changing project requirements.

 

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification

  • 1-2 years as Salesforce.com Developer

  • Comfortable working in both Classic and Lightning interfaces

  • Demonstrates self-discipline and motivation in all aspects of job performance

  • Initiative and ability to handle increasing responsibility over time

  • Consistently at work and on time, follows instructions, responds to management direction and solicits feedback to improve performance 

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth, and results-orientated environment that demands excellence.
