Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent. Classes in mental health field preferred.
- 1+ year experience working in social services or mental health field.
- BLS CPR certification.
- FSP trained. Wrap 101 training required.
- Demonstrated ability to empathize with clients due to lived experiences as a caregiver of a child with MH/SA issues.
- Current Oklahoma driver’s license with clear DMV background check. Must provide proof of vehicle liability insurance.
- Intermediate computer skills and proficiency with electronic health records software as appropriate.
- Must be a self-starter, multi-tasker, with ability to effectively give direction and input to care team.
WORKING CONDITIONS
When in office must be able to sit in a chair and maneuver the body while sitting and using a computer keyboard. Must be able to carry 15 lbs. when in normal office environment. Will drive to and from clients’ homes or places of service. Home visits will require exposure to clients’ home environment.
