Bookkeeper Responsibilities:
- Collect and process rental payments; ensure balances are collected; and balance the rent roll
- Data entry of information such as deposits, forfeitures, and rental payments
- File evictions according to company policy
- Show and lease apartments to prospective residents
- Provide excellent customer service to our existing residents
Bookkeeper Qualifications
- Previous property management experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong understanding of property management concepts and issues
