Video & Motion Graphics Producer

The Video and Motion Graphics Producer creates innovative, compelling, original media content (video, motion graphics and other tools) to support weekend services, special projects and large-community events.  In addition, he/she recruits and partners with volunteers, contract personnel, interns to achieve this goal.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent industry experience
• Ability to produce, direct, shoot, edit and “turn-key” video projects
• Maintain high video standards under deadline pressure
• Demonstrated proficiency in industry hardware and software for video editing, animation and graphics including Adobe Creative Suite: Premiere, After Effects, Illustrator and Photoshop, Media Encoder, and Cinema 4D and other 3D programs
• Must demonstrate sophisticated aesthetic, technical skill, and knowledge of current media trends
• Experience with digital post-production, various video formats and transcoding, encoding, and authoring for distribution.
• Demonstrated proficiency with digital cinematography and EFP equipment and concepts
• Demonstrated proficiency with field audio and lighting equipment and concepts
