I. Job Description and Requirements

Maryland Auto Insurance is seeking a Full-time Imaging Associate, in our Baltimore office at McHenry Row.  The candidate will work in-office five days a week, Monday through Friday. The candidate will work 40 hours a week, at a schedule agreed upon by their supervisor. 

 

II. Major Duties and Responsibilities

Employees in this classification may perform some or all these functions: 

  • Reviewing, sorting, and preparing incoming applications and legal documents for scanning 
  • Imaging and indexing all claims and underwriting related correspondence received via the lock box, post office, courier and internal units 
  • Determining the correct department when handling various incoming payments, returned check, and assisting with processing of outgoing mail 
  • Pick up, drop-off, and delivery of all regular, courier, lock box, priority and certified mail for the company 
  • Other duties may be required

Education Required: High school diploma or high school equivalency certificate.
