As sales associate, your responsibilities will include accurately fulfilling online and phone orders, and providing exceptional customer service. Additionally, you will contribute to upholding the store's brand standards through maintaining the department's appearance.

DUTIES:
1. Provides excellent customer service by phone, email, live chat, and in person.
2. Efficiently uses our inventory system and website to confirm and provide correct information.
3. Accurately picks, fulfills, bills, and sorts online orders.
4. Processes inventory transfers, returns, exchanges, and all related communication as directed.
5. Keeps work area stocked and clean.
6. Assists in other departments as needed.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Participates in inventory projects as directed.
3. Must have ability to pay close attention to detail and perform repetitive tasks.
4. Asks and answers questions among students, staff, other store locations, and campus entities.
5. Assists with seasonal projects and events.

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Knowledge of and ability to work with a computerized inventory system.
2. Ability to work with the public in a retail sales setting.
3. Ability to work well with other employees.
4. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in written form.
5.High school graduation or equivalent.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Previous customer service and/or order fulfillment experience.
2. Some college coursework or work history demonstrating good communication skills.
