Description

We are looking for a talented, hardworking and detail-oriented individual for our full-time Core Banking Systems Administrator position at our Headquarters location!

 

A Core Banking Systems Administrator's responsibilities include:

  • Oversee Bank Control and implement changes, updates
  • Maintain the bank control change records with/for change management and regulatory mgmt.
  • Ensure proper documentation and approvals are obtained for related to updates and changes
  • Maintain reporting for operations in all capacities
  • Develop and modify work flows and implement new functionality
  • SME for system updates and implementation
  • Encourage system enhancements to streamline processes
  • CIS, Mass Exchange, data management and review
  • Teller and Deposit Origination system authoring
  • Strong working knowledge of core banking systems and how they interact
  • Oversee document processing programs such as Image Center, Doc Direct, Data Navigator
  • Provide insight to opportunities to streamline processes
  • Maintain systems in a manner that adheres to compliance and regulatory requirements
  • Be a liaison between core processor and challenges that arise within those programs for all departments
  • Partner with other departments on system challenges and FIS learnings
  • System cleanup/maintenance as needed
Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field and/or 3-5 years prior banking systems (bank control) administration
  • Strong Attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written
  • Planning and organizational skills necessary
  • Critical thinking as it relates to system interaction
  • Proactive and forward thinking to improve processes
  • FIS/IBS system experience a plus
