Position Overview:

As a Sr. GTM Operations Analyst, you have a passion for diving into data, summarizing trends, and making an impact. You will use your skills to develop intuitive and reliable dashboards and reports to understand drivers of performance for the business. In this role, you will also be able to identify areas of opportunity, design scalable solutions, and implement and document new operational processes. 

About the Team: Our Strategy and Operations team manages efficiency through models, tools, metrics and strategic direction.  Collaboration across the departments we identify key metrics to ensure effective sales and GTM strategies.  The Strategy and Operations team is heavily relied on to execute critical business processes, programs and change initiatives to support and meet business goals.

 

Role and Responsibilities

 

  • Own the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc. to drive key business decisions

  • Ensures data quality by building reports for the data stewards to monitor data integrity and consistency

  • Evaluates business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and defining and implementing solutions.

  • Communicate effectively with managers to identify and address areas for improvement

  • Supports the review of business process and company policies to help enhance workflow

  • Translate general reporting requests from the business into data requirements, acquire data from multiple sources, and develop reports to satisfy the immediate business need, with some effort to anticipate future questions

  • Enable effective decision making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into a digestible and actionable format

  • Support on-going maintenance, administration and development of Gainsight and it’s integration with Salesforce.

 

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Experience applying quantitative analysis and logical reasoning

  • Experience with SQL, Excel, and business intelligence tools (Tableau and/or Power BI)

  • 4+ years of experience in Analytics or Sales Operations preferred

  • Minimum of Bachelor's Degree, Finance, Accounting focus a plus

  • Experience with Salesforce.com

  • Familiarity with Pardot a plus

  • Able to work independently and in a team, detail-oriented, critical thinker and performance-driven

  • Can-do attitude and self-driven individual

  • Project management experience

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to interact with diverse technical and non-technical groups, spanning organizational levels

  • Task-oriented drive to investigate and dissect information with a strong focus on quality
