Position Overview:

As a Marketing Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting marketing team members as a key member of the Marketing Operations team. In this role, the Marketing Operations Analyst will collaborate with the Marketing Operations Manager, marketing team members and Go-to-Market Operations Team to optimize the marketing team’s performance. The primary purpose of this role is to support the Marketing Operations team in their efforts to develop and administer the tools, processes, and analytics specific to the Marketing Organization. The Marketing Operations Analyst will be a key player in helping the Marketing team meet their targets.

 

Role and Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimize campaign reporting and post-mortem analysis on marketing activities across all stages of the funnel - from B2C acquisition through to opportunity creation and close.

  • Assist in the administration of Pardot including - List Creation, User Segmentation, List/Segment/Folder Management, Campaign Support

  • Support the creation of new B2B and B2C marketing segments to drive campaign creation and optimization

  • Support database cleanup efforts, including the addition and deletion of users on a regular basis, one-off deletions as a result of Privacy Requests, etc.

  • Assist in the development of processes (and manage the subsequent compliance) for data hygiene across marketing tools and reporting systems

  • Support ad-hoc reporting and analytics and project requests from your direct supervisor on behalf of the Marketing team and GTM Operations leadership

 

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 2+ years of Marketing, Operations, or Analytics experience

  • Demonstrates ability to synthesize requirements into creative and actionable solutions

  • Positive attitude and the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to work quickly with a high degree of accuracy

  • Experience combining and analyzing data from a variety of sources to drive insights

  • Experience with user segmentation in paid platforms including Facebook, Google, Linkedin, etc. 

  • Experience using marketing automation tools such as Mailchimp, Marketo, Pardot, Intercom, etc.

  • Must have strong Excel/Google sheet skills; SQL and Tableau experience is a plus

  • Experience with Salesforce and/or Pardot is a plus

  • Web Analytics experience is a plus (Google Analytics, Adobe Omniture, etc.)

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent proven work experience
