Maintenance/ Lot Person

• Perform maintenance of the facility, vehicles, inventory, tools and equipment
• Perform grounds maintenance for the store
• Assist in moving displays or equipment within the dealership
• Operate a forklift to transport parts, equipment and supplies for the dealership
• Loading and unloading trucks
• Details and washes equipment
• Operates vehicles and equipment
• Maintains a clean environment and performs work in a neat and orderly fashion
• Follows all safety rules and regulations in performing work assignments
• Completes all reports and forms required in conjunction with job assignments
• Accounts for all time and material used in performing assigned duties
• Will perform other duties as assigned
• Routinely lifts items weighing up to 75pounds

Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge:

• Self-motivated
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to perform multiple duties as assigned
• Basic knowledge of equipment safety procedures
• Ability to use basic computer functions
• Proficient oral and written communication skills
• Valid driver’s license required
• CDL preferred
• Fork lift license preferred
