What You’ll Do:
- Respond to client issues and requests regarding Haberfeld’s digital platforms.
- Document and identify trends in users’ feedback and questions.
- Onboard clients and build confidence in new users.
- Communicate needs of clients and internal teams.
- Create and maintain instructional guides for platform users.
What You’ll Need:
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent task management skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to organize and schedule work in order of priority and accommodate a fluctuating workload.
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point.
- One to three years of professional experience preferably in technical product support.
