Notre Dame High School is the oldest private high school for young women in the Western United States. Responsibilities:

The Director of Development oversees strategic planning, development and execution of all fundraising activities to meet annual revenue targets. This includes direct oversight of the annual fund, scholarship programs and grants. This position also manages a team that develops and implements strategies for alum giving and engagement, planned giving and fundraising/community events. The position will partner with the Executive Director of Advancement on major gift acquisition and campaigns.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Exemplary leadership and management skills, with the ability to manage, motivate and mentor individuals in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • Proficiency in fundraising CRMs/donor database software as well as Google apps and Microsoft Office.
  • 5 years fundraising experience or related experience with a demonstrated ability to achieve revenue goals
  • Proven willingness to fundraise and make direct solicitations and/or requests for financial support
  • Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with diverse groups of people
  • Demonstrated commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environment
  • Must be willing to work some weekends and evenings
