The HR Training Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the training functions of Human Resources. This position will focus primarily on employee onboarding and training, in addition to assisting with the daily functions of Human Resources. The HR Training Coordinator works closely with the CFO to design and implement training to align company growth with employee learning and development.
The HR Training Coordinator is anticipated to start in January 2025. This position is full-time, non-exempt with regular office hours of 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Maintain training library: manuals, references, testing and procedures

Ensure onboarding and trainings align with department needs and feedback

Evaluate training effectiveness

Maintain knowledge of training trends

Facilitate new hire orientation

Assist with performance reviews related to training

Communicate needs to maintain or improve job skills

Collaborate with HR on company events (holiday, town halls)
