Sales and Service Coordinator– Orlando, FL

With warehouse facilities in several states and service reps covering all regions of the country, there isn't a retail location we can't service.

For this role, we’ll look to you to:

  • Update and evaluate weekly service and sales data to address any areas of concern
  • Manage all communications to field service reps to assure consistent direction
  • Provide monthly reporting of sales vs svc cost
  • Develop effective process to confirm Product set-up/teardown deadlines are met and completed for roll outs and returns
  • Train service personnel as needed
  • Evaluate areas of training and propose improvements where needed
  • Establish a comprehensive Standard Operating Procedure manual
  • Identify underperforming areas and recommend correction plan 
  • Maintain consistent contact with the customer and sales team to assess the service needs and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Maintain a professional and effective database of service reps
  • Follow onboarding protocol for new field reps and ensure all steps are completed in a timely manner
  • Answer phone calls and email inquiries
  • Service coordinators typically spend part of their time in an office environment but may be called to perform field training

The gross hourly range for this position is $17.00-$19.00 hourly. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position.  Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies.

 

Qualifications

Experience/Qualifications:

  • 3 - 5 years of similar experience or a related customer service management preferred
  • Administrative experience preferred
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
  • High quality organizational skills
  • The ability to work well under deadlines and to multitask
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
