Operations Associate

Love What You Do and Why You Do It!

Participate Learning is a force for good that connects teachers and students through global education programs to foster human understanding and create peace around the world. We offer purpose-driven, challenging work in a collaborative environment, a flexible and open culture, and encourage employees to pursue their professional and personal passions.

What You’ll Do:

The Operations Associate will support Participate Learning’s Education Programs department - including Dual Language, Conexiones, Quan Qiu Hua, Global Leaders, and Ambassador Teachers - with fundamental tasks affecting network-wide program implementation and internal record keeping.

As an Education Programs Operations Associate, you support each program offering by maintaining records, organizing and provisioning data, providing customer support to partner schools and teachers, and supporting inter-departmental or other special projects. Under the supervision of the Senior Operations Manager, you will develop an in-depth knowledge of each of the Participate Learning program offerings and support their unique yearly cycles of implementation needs.

Your attention to detail ensures that programmatic data is entered, updated, and analyzed accurately. You are able to actively listen, think critically, and suggest/implement process improvements, both individually and in group settings. You provide clear, timely, and empathetic email support to program partners. Due to the cyclical nature of much of this work, you are highly organized and have systems for documenting tasks and processes that are repeated regularly (if not frequently).

All Participate Learning employees may provide support as needed for the preparation or implementation of program-related company events, such as new teacher orientation.
