The Sales Executive is responsible for providing Concept Services with new prospects, new opportunities, and new sales. It will be the Sales Executives primary focus to sustain a monthly quota of closed sales.

  • Build and sell new business by identifying and walking prospective clients through Concepts customer journey.
  • Evaluate prospects needs through a consultative approach while educating and exciting prospects with recommendations on how/where Concept can help.
  • Presenting and creating multi-service solution opportunities.
  • Accurate and diligent logging of sales activities and updating Concepts CRM.
  • Manage a sales pipeline of opportunities.
  • Developing and qualifying leads to drive additional sales opportunities through cold-calling, lead-generation campaigns, and modern social selling techniques.

Decision Making Authority: The Sales Executive does not have the authority to spend or commit company dollars without the consent of their Director, CFO or owner of the company. The Sales Executive also does not have the authority to quote pricing without the approval of the Director or owner of the company.

Professionalism & Integrity: The Sales Executive is always expected to professionally represent Concept Services, Ltd. This includes moral character, good business decisions, professional appearance and to lead by example. The Sales Executive at times will be expected to make judgment decisions without the input of their Director and at other times use discretion to determine when the input of their Director is appropriate.

Confidentiality: The Sales Executive is not permitted to copy, download, email, share or use customer data in any format other than for the customers use and benefit. If data is used, removed/shared for any other reason, it is a violation of company policy, considered to be theft and will be immediate grounds for termination and subject to the penalties of the law.

The Sales Executive at times may be made aware of information that is not intended for public knowledge. This information may involve company decisions and/or direction, personnel issues, account issues, financial issues, etc. The Sales Executive is at all times expected to keep these matters confidential and understands they are not permitted to discuss or disclose this type of information with co-workers or peers. If the Sales Executive at any time is not sure if certain information is confidential, they should ask the Director before discussing or sharing with peers and/or co-workers. Sharing confidential information may be grounds for termination.

Sales Responsibilities: This Position performs outside sales for the organization.

Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Build and sell new business by identifying and walking prospective clients through Concepts customer journey.

  • Presenting and creating multi-service solution opportunities.
  • Accurate and diligent logging of sales activities and updating Concepts CRM.
  • Manage a sales pipeline of opportunities.
  • Developing and qualifying leads to drive additional sales opportunities through cold-calling, lead-generation campaigns, and modern social selling techniques.
  • Previous SDR/BDR experience (Preferred)
  • Experience with CRM (Salesforce.com and/or HubSpot is Preferred)
  • Experience with Marketing Automation Platforms (HubSpot is Preferred)

Working Conditions: This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment.
