Qualifications:
- Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and with little supervision
- Ability to work well as a team member
- Must possess good time management skills
- Must be dependable, coachable, and trainable
- Must be able to read, learn, interpret, and comprehend drawings, blueprints, and other written or verbal technical communication to complete the assembly of the vehicle according to established guidelines and quality standards
- Must be able to verify material and assembly components to set up each job
- Must be able to use and maintain a variety of hand and power tools
- Must be able to compute basic math and hand-held measuring tools
- Ability to train new employees
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or Associates Degree in trade related to automotive technician, electrical systems preferred
- Experience in automotive troubleshooting and repair and/or manufacturing assembly operations
- Preferred 3+ years in a manufacturing environment
