The Director of Product is responsible for planning, creating, and launching innovative products, as well as identifying and filling competitive gaps in the market. You will oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our products meet customer needs and business objectives. This role will collaborate with product development, sales, engineering, design, and other departments to bring an integrated and strategic approach to product design. This includes understanding the company’s business objectives and translating them into effective and compelling product development initiatives.


Primary Objectives: 

  • Define the project scope with management team, field and customer advisory teams, and with GameTime operations and pricing to execute from concept to product launch.
  • Formulate the strategic product direction with the senior leadership team and execute a tactical plan to deliver on key product growth initiatives.
  • Manage the GameTime brand identity through product blueprinting.
  • Deliver best-in-class-products to market through the GameTime distribution.
  • Develop and execute the product strategy in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends and competition.
  • Define product requirements and prioritize roadmap.
  • Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to improve product success.
  • Execute project objectives with the design and manufacturing teams to fulfill creative direction while maintaining GameTime’s beyond compliance design approach.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners and vendors.
  • Lead and mentor product team to ensure they are aligned with the product vision and goals.



  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
  • Proven experience in product management, with at least 10 years in a leadership role
  • Significant experience launching products from initial concept to market launch 
  • Must have experience managing cross functional teams on large complex projects
  • Must have a knowledge of materials and methods of manufacturing
  • Ability to lead and mentor a team and work collaboratively across functions
  • Knowledge of agile methods and product management tools
  • Must be physically able to perform job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Must be able to travel for trade shows or customer meetings as needed (up to 30%)
