Ensures poker players are seated at appropriate tables in a timely manner.
Maintains a waiting list for all poker tables.
Provides customer service to poker room players.
Tracks Players play in any active promotions.
Hosts guests and answers questions concerning the poker room.
Responds to complaints, mediates disputes, and provides professional and positive guest interactions.
Answers questions about game rules and company policies.
All other duties as assigned.

High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Poker School Certification preferred.
1+ years of poker experience preferred.
Must be able to obtain the appropriate state occupational license.
Strong knowledge of poker rules.
Ability to Explain and operate Poker game play and tournament play.
Proven customer service skills.
Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include nights, weekends and holidays.
