Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in group benefits
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working in an Agency role strongly preferred
- Life & Health Agent license required
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products; (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Professional in appearance and business conduct
- Demonstrated experience providing excellent customer service to clients and other business contacts
- Experience managing direct reports with involvement in training, mentoring and coaching preferred
- Experience managing projects from inception to completion preferred
