The Recruiter position reports directly to the VP of Human Resources. You will be responsible for full life-cycle recruiting for the company. You will collaborate with various leaders and department heads to find and place quality candidates throughout the organization. Your role is integral to the long-term success of the company.


Company headquarters are located in Salt Lake City, but position is remote and relocation is not required.


Anticipated schedule is Monday - Friday, eight hours a day.


  • Partner with hiring managers and provide expertise and coaching to achieve staffing goals.
  • Develop advertising programs to ensure extensive visibility and attract high quality candidates.
  • Responsible for entire recruitment cycle: posting jobs, sourcing, scheduling, interviewing, making offers and completing reference and background checks.
  • Ensuring compliance with employment requirements following state and national guidelines.
  • Assist with analysis of market compensation trends to attract and retain top-tier talent.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Business or related field preferred.
  • Certification as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and/or Society for Human Resource-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) strongly preferred.
  • 2+ years progressive recruiting experience
  • Proficient using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
  • Personal computer literacy and high competency in use of Microsoft Office
