The Bridge’s mission is to change lives, by offering help, hope, and opportunity to the most vulnerable in our community. We offer a comprehensive range of evidence-based rehabilitative services, including mental health and substance abuse treatment, housing, vocational training and job placement, healthcare, education, and creative arts therapies.
Essential Position Functions:
- Responsible for the safe operation of 66 unit low-income housing program, consisting of 50 adults with diagnosed serious mental illness, and 16 families from the community. Available on call 24/7.
- Responsible for supervision of staff, and developing an environment that recognizes the effects of trauma on behavior.
- Ability to motivate staff to use CPI and verbal de-escalation skills to manage crises.
- Ensure that services are client-determined and driven. Oversee the development and execution of on-site programming.
- Ensure the program is prepared for successful OMH and LITC audits and reviews.
- Responsible for all required reporting.
- Attend meetings as requested and willing to work nights and or weekends as needed.
