Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Answer telephone and take complete messages
  • Direct customer inquiries/problems to appropriate person
  • Process and distribute mail
  • Prepare packages/letters for U.S. Mail, FedEx, U.P.S, etc.

and ship cost-effectively

  • Complete filing, photocopying tasks
  • Type necessary paperwork needed by office personnel
  • Complete assigned word-processing and spreadsheet projects
  • Prepare samples
  • Organize meetings, set up Company travel, lunches or events
  • Pick up and deliver paperwork between plants
  • Pick up needed office supplies
  • Prioritize & complete ongoing projects for all office staff
  • Be a team player in the total operation of Rubber Designs.
  • May be asked to perform other functions on an as needed basis

  • High School Diploma, or equivalent


Some routine travel is required

Computer Skills

Demonstrated proficiency with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access

Experience working with QuickBooks, preferred
