NCBP is seeking an Inside Sales Representative- Waterproofing to join our Long Island City branch. In this role, you’ll handle phone calls and emails, provide quotes for the outside sales team and contractor accounts, and manage the processing of completed orders and projects. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with contractors, homeowners, and team members. Duties:
- Working in a fast-paced environment
- Preparing quotes for potential customers
- Handle and process customer returns
- Develop and maintain a working technical knowledge of products sold
- Coordinate customer delivery requirements with the dispatcher
- Shared responsibility for inventory management and purchasing
Skills & Requirements:
- Bi-Lingual (Spanish) is a plus
- Must have a can do, customer service first attitude
- Basic math skills
- Must have a good memory to be able retain a working technical knowledge on vast amounts of building materials.
- Prior experience with building materials is a plus
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
