Position Summary:

 

We are looking for an experienced e-Commerce Strategy Manager – Amazon, to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with our Amazon channel partners, developing and executing strategies to increase sales and revenue, and analyzing market trends to identify new business opportunities.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and revenue through Amazon channels and other channels as assigned.
  • Manage relationships with Amazon channel partners, including negotiating contracts, monitoring performance, and resolving any issues that arise.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop marketing and promotional campaigns to drive sales on Amazon channels.
  • Analyze market trends and sales data to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
  • Conduct regular reviews of product listings, ensuring that they are optimized for search and visibility.
  • Monitor competitor activity and develop strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Amazon policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all Amazon channel initiatives are aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on channel performance and make recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Amazon channel management, preferably in a consumer goods company.
  • Strong knowledge of Amazon policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Proven track record of driving sales and revenue through Amazon channels.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decisions.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to travel as needed.

Physical Requirements:

  • Sit for extended periods of time, including at a computer.
  • Lifting up to 25 lbs. as needed.
  • Repetitive hand and wrist movements for frequent use of computer keyboard and mouse.
  • Travel will be less than 15%

Work Conditions:

  • Remote home office or general office environment depending on location.
