Who You Are:
We are looking for candidates who have:
- Expert understanding of all aspects of food preparation for large groups.
- Specialized knowledge of food safety and sanitation; food safety certification required.
- Ability to lead and work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service, communication, time management, and organization skills.
- Experience with varied dietary restrictions and allergies.
- Proficiency with various computer programs and databases. Working knowledge of Google Docs, HR systems and/or Salesforce a plus.
- Supervisory experience in a hospitality setting
- Ability to coach a team to ensure mutually supportive and respectful interactions with each other, students, other campus staff and other visitors to our campus is helpful.
- Degree in Culinary Arts or minimum two years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Demonstrated commitment to equity and inclusion in the workplace.
