Job Summary:

As a Customer Care Specialist (Cashier), you will provide outstanding customer service to each and every guest. The ideal candidate must be friendly, positive and have can do attitude. This position is fast paced so being able to multitask and work safely is a plus. The candidate must be dependable, flexible to change and willing to provide the highest level of customer service.  


Job Responsibilities:

  • Serving and greeting all customers.
  • Maintaining a neat and clean appearance.
  • Resolving customer complaints.
  • Provides a safe and clean store environment.
  • Maintaining proper cash levels in register when receiving payments from customers for purchases.
  • Counting and verifying cash transactions.
  • Ensuring customers are of proper age to purchase alcohol and tobacco.
  • Any additional task that may be needed. 

Job Qualifications:

  • Cash handling experience preferred, but not required.


Job Requirements:

  • Must be at least 16 years of age.
  • Punctuality and reliability are required.
  • Dependable transportation is required.
  • Must be able to crawl, kneel, squat, and climb. 
  • Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds on a regular basis, unassisted. 
  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
