As part of our MedValet team, you will be responsible for ensuring patients’ compassionate, safe and efficient transfer between healthcare facilities.
Job Duties:
- Supervise patients during transportation
- Assist the patient in and out of the shuttle vehicle with use of wheelchair
- Comfort patients and families by offering support an encouragement, respecting procedure schedules, and demonstrating care and cultural sensitivity
- Assist facility staff with escorting both the patient and belongings to and from the vehicle
- Maintain current State of Illinois drivers license
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times
- Present and promote a positive company image
