Requirements
- Licensed Psychologist or Social Worker preferred. Master's degree in psychology; behavior analysis acceptable.
- Experience in mindfulness stress reduction techniques such as meditation and breathwork.
- Strong background in behavior support and wellness practices.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop Shared Wellness Center: Spearhead the establishment of the Shared Wellness Center in Bucks County, including program development and facility setup.
- Manage Day-to-Day Operations: Oversee the daily operations of Shared Wellness Bucks County, ensuring a welcoming and supportive environment for all participants.
- Direct Behavior Support: Provide direct behavior support for a caseload of individuals with intellectual disabilities, collaborating with their teams to implement effective strategies.
- Lead Mindfulness Groups: Conduct group sessions on mindfulness approaches that promote self-regulation of behavior and enhance overall well-being.
- Community Engagement: Facilitate community participation opportunities for program participants, fostering social inclusion and integration.
