We are seeking a Sales Associate eager to apply their strong scientific background to promote our antibody specificity profiling product line, the Membrane Proteome Array (MPA), to our customers. The ideal candidate will develop a thorough understanding of our product and leverage that knowledge to drive increased customer engagement. The Sales Associate must have strong communication, organizational, listening and interpersonal skills.

What you will do at Integral Molecular:

  • Develop a deep understanding of the MPA, its scientific principles and potential customer applications
  • Manage end-to-end sales process, including sales campaigns, prospecting, conducting sales calls, and lead generation
  • Collaboration with Application Scientist to update and present the MPA slide deck to customers
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations Manager to build out and enhance the utility of the customer relationship management (CRM) system
  • Data entry into CRM to maintain accurate records of customer communications
  • Prepare quotes and follow-up documents to facilitate customer purchase process
  • Communicate regularly with the MPA team to provide project and technology updates and gain insights into team capabilities and capacities
  • Prepare sales reports on product performance and share updates in routine sales meetings

The successful candidate will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, biology, or chemistry required
  • 2-3 years of lab experience, cell culture and flow cytometry experience preferred
  • Ability to interact with customers with confidence, ease, and a positive and upbeat disposition
  • An interest in sales, business and/or biotechnology commercialization
