This position is responsible for the scheduling of classes, students, and instructors for the school year. In addition, this position separately schedules for Summer Programs. Some administrative and technical duties are also included. Occasional extended hours may be required.



  • Scheduling

    • Produce Master Schedules for the Upper, Middle and Primary Schools and separately for Summer Programs

    • Attend meetings, provide guidance and make recommendations regarding proposed course changes

    • Work with SIS manager to ensure data exports are in proper formats for various systems

    • Work with staff and students to ensure Drop/Add process works properly

    • Ensure Curriculum Guide matches course offerings in the scheduling software

  • Scheduling background a plus

  • School experience a plus

  • High School Graduate required



  • Must be organized and able to prioritize and track work.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills.

  • Possess basic computer skills; familiarity with MacOS and Google Workspace

  • Able to utilize a variety of devices and resources such as Macs, iPads, copier/printer/laminator, telephones/mobile radios and related equipment.

  • Regular attendance is required for successful completion of job duties.

  • Dress code: Business casual (activewear does not qualify).

  • Ability to maintain a healthy working environment with staff, students and families.



  • Working Hours: 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

  • Regularly required to stand or sit on a small chair for prolonged periods of time and walk short distances

  • Be able to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

  • Activities include walking, standing, bending, kneeling, lifting, finger dexterity, grasping, repetitive motions, climbing, balancing, talking, hearing and visual activity.
