Job Summary
The Attraction Lead is a key operational role, responsible for overseeing the performance and functionality of an entire floor within the haunted attraction—either the basement level or main level. Attraction Leads supervise and support Zone Runners, ensure the smooth operation of their assigned floor, and provide on-the-spot training and guidance to actors to maintain a high standard of performance and guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Floor Operations Oversight:
Monitor all activities on your assigned floor to ensure every aspect of the attraction is running efficiently and safely. Address operational issues promptly and coordinate with management as needed.
- Runner Supervision:
Oversee Zone Runners, ensuring they are fulfilling their duties, supporting actors, and maintaining clean, organized zones. Provide direction and feedback to runners throughout the shift.
- Performance Quality & Actor Support:
Deliver on-site coaching and training to actors in real time, helping them build confidence and improve their performance within specific rooms or scenes. Step in to assist with performance flow or actor coverage when necessary.
- Operational Communication:
Serve as the main communication link between your floor and the Operations Manager, using radios to relay updates, escalate issues, and coordinate responses during show operations.
- Guest Experience & Safety:
Monitor guest flow and safety across the floor, ensuring all safety protocols are followed and guest interactions remain positive.
- Zone Maintenance Oversight:
Ensure that all areas of your floor are kept clean and orderly by runners and actors, and that all props, set pieces, and equipment are in working order.
