Job Summary
The Runner is an essential operational support role within the haunted attraction, responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of performance and guest experience within an assigned zone. Zone Runners directly assist actors and operational staff, catering to the immediate needs of the zone and maintaining a clean, efficient environment throughout each event.

Key Responsibilities
- Performance Flow Support:
Monitor your assigned zone to ensure all performance elements are running on schedule. Address any operational disruptions by notifying the appropriate staff.
- Actor Assistance:
Support actors by coordinating and facilitating their breaks—temporarily filling their role in character as needed to maintain continuous operation. Provide water and other supplies to actors when requested.
- Zone Maintenance:
Keep your zone clean and organized during and after each event. Collect and dispose of trash left by guests or actors, ensuring the area meets cleanliness standards at closing.
- Operational Communication:
Serve as a point of contact for operational updates, relaying information between actors and management as required. Report any issues or needs promptly to the operations team.
- Guest Experience Support:
Observe guest flow and report any safety or operational concerns to management.
