A typing test is required for this position. You will need to visit to complete 2 typing tests and submit it with your application. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Correctly diagnose driveability issues in a timely manner, the first time

  • Proficient in all aspects of electrical diagnosis

  • Ability to disassemble and correctly reassemble engines, and transmissions

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds

  • Must have held a valid driver's license for at least 1 year

  • Provide a 3 year driving record

  • Ability to multitask

  • Work well with team members and advisors

  • Proficient with automotive computer systems (Select Monitor, CDK, Mykaarma, Autopoint MPI, Etc)

  • Great customer service skills and concern for overall customer satisfaction (CSI, OLP, NPS)

  • Have own tools & toolbox - Subaru specialty tools provided

  • Keep a clean workspace

  • Ability to travel to Dallas for overnight training as needed



  • Dependent on experience & certifications

  • Able to earn production bonuses


The hours for this position are:

  • M-F 7:00 AM-4:00 PM or M-F 10:00 AM-7:00 PM  

  • Every third Saturday

  • Sundays optional or volunteer-based 9:00 AM-4:00 PM
